Iran’s proxy war against USA part three –

The Shiite doctrine, hierarchy, economy has been discussed to give the reader the background to understand the Shiites dissimulation (Taqieh – Arabic Taqia) and expediency (Maslehat- Arabic Masleha) principles. The existence of such divine principles requires earthly implementation in the clergy’s words to bring justice to earth population, in better words to fulfill the Shiites prophesy in general and Iranian Shiites clergy in particular and their needs for power and wealth and fame.

In addition to the dissimulation and expediency principles there is the emulation principle that must be observed by all Shiite Muslims.

The emulation principle in addition to following the Imam (Saint) is also sacrificing ones life for Imam Ali, Hosain and Hasan in general and sacrificing ones life for the Ayatollahs and their cronies in particular.
In the process of reenacting the martyrdom of Imam Hosain and Hasan, the masses are thought and brainwashed to give their lives for Imam (saint) and Ayatollah to go to heaven without any question and washing away their own sins, their relatives and kinships, dead or alive.

The dissimulation, expediency and emulation principles are divided in two practical categories for implementation.
The first one is the domestic and the other is the foreign category and is implemented just as domestic and foreign political policies are implemented.

The foreign dissimulation, expediency and emulation principle’s plan and execution

As soon as Ayatollah Roohallah Khomeini objective was achieve in toppling the Shah of Iran and ouster of the last Shah appointed prime minister Dr, Shapour Bakhtiar, Ayatollah Khomeini and his senior advisors such as Mohsen Sazgara (now an scholar and advisor to some American enterprises), set the motion of countering the perceived American ill intentions toward the Islamic revolution.
The first move was to establish a counter balance to Iranian military also perceived as loyal to Shah and Pahlavi dynasty. The counter balance was the creation of Islamic republic of Iran’s revolution Guards corps.
Established under a decree issued by Khomeini on May 5, 1979, the revolution Guards Corps (Sepah-e Pasdaran Enqelab Islami)) was intended to guard the Revolution and to assist the ruling clerics in the day-to-day enforcement of the government's Islamic codes and morality.
The top tier government and the execution of the dissimulation, expediency and emulation principles also needed to rely on a force of its own rather than borrowing the perceived Pahlavi Dynasty loyal tainted armed units.
The Iranian new constitution was amended to add the creation of revolution Guards Corps and the Guardianship of the jurisprudence.
The revolution Guards Corps was given broad mandate and authority to prevent a coup and to crush and silence the opposition by means of assassination, arbitrary arrest, torture, harassment, imprisonments, punishment of accused family members and even kinships.
The revolution Guards Corps expanded its domains capabilities by creating various departments, such as secret operation by its intelligence department and creation of secret prisons.
Another word, there are two parallel governments operating in Iran.
While the Constitution of Iran entrusts the military with guarding Iran's territorial integrity and political independence, it gives the Revolutionary Guard Corps [Pasdaran-e Enqelab Islami] the responsibility of guarding the Revolution itself from foreign meddling in Islamic affairs and advancing the Shiite doctrine and hegemony through harsh and forceful means abroad.
The Revolution Guards corps commanders devised and launched a multi prong strategy to attack the American and European civil society and democratic values.
In the early 1986, the revolution Guards corps consisted of 350,000 armed members organized in battalion-size units that operated either independently or with units of the regular armed forces. In 1986 the revolution guards corps expanded it forces once again to acquire small naval and air force elements.
By 1996 the revolution Guards corps naval forces were numbered 100,000 and the revolution Guards corps air force reported to number 20,000.
After the establishment of Iran’s Islamic government, Ayatollah Khomeini and new Iranian government requested Shah’s extradition from Egypt to Iran but President Anwar Sadat of Egypt refused thus the task of Shah’s extradition or assassination was given to Revolution Guards Corps and the revolution Guards Corps Quds force was born to establish contact with Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian and Egyptian Sunni and Shiite Muslim radicals under the pretext of liberating Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and combating Israel and Arab traitor governments.
This strategy gives the elusion of fighting Israel to gain the trust of Arab worriers
who desire the demise of Israel.
Israel being the only democratic country in middle east that is ruled by a parliamentary constitution therefore aside from the Arab and Israeli conflict, seen as a danger to non-democratic Arab and Muslim countries due to some interest in the region to Parliamentary democracy.
the Iranian Clergies and some of the Arab countries see the Israel parliamentary democracy and its democratic influence in the region as a threats to despotic middle east rulers thus Israel is used as a scapegoat to blame all the evils of Arab and Muslim despots on Israel and to distract their citizens from solving the real problems that are endemic of Arab and Muslim despotic rulers and to keep the process of democratization at bay in Arab and Muslim countries.
The Non-Arab Muslim countries have a vested interest in designating Israel the enemy number one, even if Israel has nothing to do with their social, political issues due to non-Arab Muslim countries are loaded with corruption, economic and social problems and due to lack of democracy and accountability and some of them due to lack of constitutions and suffering from imposed military rules.
What is better then blaming all the world problems on Israel and a handful of Jews who don’t even know how to pronounce their names?
Its ironic that some of the Muslim leading clerics and government figures even blame the bad weather and global warming and drought on Israel and Jews.

Using the dissimulation, expediency and emulation principle the members of revolution guards established their connection with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood through revolution Guards Corps Hezbollah connection in Lebanon.
The Guards members understood the assassination of Anwar Sadat as a religious duty and contact with Egyptian’s radical Muslim Brotherhood as the executing the act of dissimulation. With plan and help of Iran revolution Guards Corps, the Muslim brotherhood assassinated President Anwar Sadat of Egypt to punish him for sheltering Shah of Iran.
This was the revolution Guards corps first major success in reaching beyond Iranian boarders to implement the dissimulation, expediency and emulation principles.

In addition to Revolution Guards Corps and Basij Militia the Iranian clergies created another evil force called The Ashura Brigades force.
The Ashura Brigades force was reportedly created in 1993 after anti-government riots erupted in various Iranian cities and it consists of 17,000 Islamic militia men and women.
The Ashura Brigades are reportedly composed of elements of the Revolutionary Guards Corps and the Basij (Baseej) volunteer militia force.

The Revolution Guards Corps Quds force strengthened its involvement in foreign operation after successful assassination of President Anwar Sadat of Egypt.
The second successful and spectacular operation of Revolution Guards Corps Quds force was The bombing of United States barracks in Lebanon on October 23, 1983 where their assassins killed 280 marines.
The bombing of the American embassy in Kuwait and the US barracks in Lebanon was an early instance of suicide bombing in the Middle East which the bombers were trained and brainwashed using Shiite emulation principle.
The Quds force planned and trained Hezb-Allah members of Lebanon and executed the plan to bomb the United States barracks in Lebanon and to kill as many American as possible and it used the dissimulation, expediency and emulation principle to justify this horrific and criminal act.
Following the bombing of USA Barracks in Lebanon, the Revolution Guards Corps planed and executed the bombing of United States of America’s and French embassies in Kuwait and Kuwait’s airport and petro-chemical plant on December 12, 1983.
This led to the imprisonment of the "Kuwait 17" in Kuwait, 12 of which were Iraqis from Al-Dawa party. Al-Dawa Party chairman today is Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maleki
who was brought to power by American president George Bush.
Freeing the al-Dawa prisoners in Kuwait was one of the main objectives of a string of kidnappings and bombings perpetrated by Hezbollah over the next several years in an attempt to obscure the plan origination from Tehran. (One of the Kuwait 17, Mustafa Badreddin, is a relative and associate of Hezbollah leader Imad Mughniya),
The Kuwait 17 then played a role in the blackmail of Iran-Contra scandal when president Regan was in the office and colonel olive North executed Iran-Contra transactions,
The secret deal of Iran-Contra offered to sway Kuwait to release the “Kuwait 17” as one of several incentives to free American hostages in Lebanon However, when President Reagan learned of this offer, he allegedly responded "like he had been kicked in the belly." In our opinion the kick to president Regan belly was delivered by the Shiite’s dissimulation, expediency principles.
The Kuwait 17 somehow gained freedom, possibly by escaping or by a prisoner exchange with Iran during the liberation of Kuwait by coalition forces in desert storm operation. After Al-Dawa party grabbed the power in Iraq, it insisted that the attacks in Kuwait were perpetrated by agents who had been "hijacked" by Iran.
In February 2007, journalists reported that Jamal Jaafar Muhammad, who was elected to the Iraqi parliament in 2005 as part of the SCIRI/Badr faction of the United Iraqi Alliance (UIA), was also sentenced to death in Kuwait for planning the al-Dawa bombings.
Since al-Dawa is also part of the UIA, it is difficult to argue a complete break away from these past acts of violence and its dealing and affiliation with Iranian revolution Guards Corps and Quds force but there is a strong possibility that AL-Dawa party using dissimulation principle still keeps its relationship with Iranian Revolution Guards Corps.

The dissimulation, emulation and expediency principle is strongly active in governing Iraq, where Iraqi Shiite parliamentarian, prime minister and ministers regularly visit Ayatollah Ali Sistani and other leading clerics to pledge their allegiance to them, to assure the clerics that they are ruling Iraq on their behalf and to prove that “the Islamic jurists rule over the kings”.
during the Nouri Al-Maleki and other ministers and parliamentarian visit with Ayatollah Sistani and other high ranking Ayatollahs, American forces secret plans and missions are conveyed to them and from there onto the Iranian Revolution Guards Corps and Moqtada Sadr Al-Mahdy Army, that is why the Al-Mahdy army IED (improvised explosive devices) are highly effective against the American forces and has increased the coalition forces causalities.
The number of coalition forces IED (improvised explosive devices) causalities decreased when the Iranian and Iraqi police chief were caught red handed and threatened with retaliation.
The American army regularly complains about the Iraqi Army and security forces for not standing up to Al-Mahdy army and Sadrist militant, according to coalition forces in Iraq, they(Iraqi army-security forces) either abandon their posts and go home or stand down and give in to Al-Mahdy army militia man and give their weapons to them, American army further believe that Iraqi security forces are not ready for combat or to battle the Al-Mahdy army and Sadrist militia and some of American officers openly say that Iraqi army personnel are cowards.
The fact of matter is that American forces are oblivious to the fact that, Majority of Iraqi Army and security forces are Shiites and they are following the source of emulation principle, they are either follower of Ayatollah Ha-ery who lives in Iran and is Moqtada Sadr’s mentor or Ayatollah Sistani followers, either way, they are strictly forbidden to fight the followers of the source of imitations and the source of imitation are the ranking Ayatollahs such as ayatollah Ha-ery and Ayatollah Sistani, therefore, The Iraqi security forces have the courage and are brave man and women but they are bond by the divine rule that they have to stand down against the Sadrist militia and are required to transfer the American secrets to the Ayatollahs and Iranian revolution Guards Corps and Quds force. They believe if they don’t follow the source of emulation secret edicts, they will commit sin and therefore will go to hell.

The foreign operations by the Revolution Guards Corps and Quds force, which also includes the activities of Hizballah and Islamic Jihad – are carried out by the revolution Guards Corps’s Committee on Foreign Intelligence Abroad and the Committee on Implementation of Actions Abroad. These two committees are the designer and executor of the plans for all Islamic radicals (shiite and sunni).

The agents of Ministry of Intelligence, revolution Guards Corps staff and recruits operate through front companies and non-governmental organizations (NGO) in foreign countries, middle ranking employees or officials of Iranian trading companies, banks, cultural centers or as representatives of the Foundation of the Oppressed and Dispossessed (Bonyade-e- Mostafazan), or the Martyrs Foundation.

The Revolutionary Guard Corps Qods (Jerusalem) Force is responsible for extraterritorial operations, including terrorist operations in middle east, Africa, Asia and western and eastern Europe.
A primary focus for the Qods Force is training Islamic radicals and fundamentalist regardless of their affiliation with Islamic sects such as Sunni or Shiite, terrorist groups.
Currently, the Qods Force provides training activities in Iran and in Sudan and Lebanon and recently in Somalia.
The Qods Force is also responsible for gathering information required for targeting and attack planning.
The revolution Guards Corps has contacts with underground movements in the Persian Gulf region most notably in Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates, and revolution Guards Corps members are assigned to Iranian diplomatic missions, where, in the course of routine intelligence activities they monitor Iranian dissidents activities as well.
The revolution Guards Corps influence has been particularly important in Kuwait, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates where they have consolidated their followers and
now have parliament members as well.
The largest branch of revolution Guards Corps foreign operations consists of approximately 12,000 Arabic speaking Iranians, Afghans, Iraqis, Lebanese Shiites and North Africans who trained in Iran or received training in Afghanistan during the Afghan war years and now receive training in Afghanistan using Gulbadin Hekmatyar’s Hezb Islami Afghanistan facilities.
Presently these foreign operatives receive training in Iran, Sudan and Lebanon and Afghanistan and some in Islands off the coast of Malaysia, and include the Hezb-allah intelligence, logistics and operational units in Lebanon.
The second largest Revolution Guards Corps foreign operations was relates to the Iraqi Kurds during the Saddam’s years in power , while the third largest relates to the Kashmiri’s, and Golbadin Hekmatyar‘s Afghans and Hazara minorities in Afghanistan as well as a limited number of Baltistani (Baltis) in Pakistan.
The Revolution Guards Corps has also supported the establishment of Hezb-allah branches in Lebanon, Iraqi Kurdistan, Jordan and Palestine, and the Islamic Jihad in many other Moslem countries including Egypt, Turkey, and Chechnya and in Caucasia. Hezb-allah has been implicated in the counterfeiting of U.S. dollars and European currencies, both to finance its operations and to disrupt Western economies by impairing international trade and tourism.

The Office of Liberation Movements of revolution Guards Corps has established a Gulf Section tasked with forming a Gulf Battalion as part of the Jerusalem (Quds Force) Forces.
It has been reported that in April 1995 a number of international organizations linked to international terrorist organizations, including the Japanese Red Army, the Armenian Secret Army, and the Kurdistan Workers' Party as said to have met in Beirut with representatives of the Iraqi Da'wah Party, the Islamic Front for the Liberation of Bahrain, Hizballah, Iran's "Office of Liberation Movements," and Iran's Guardians of the Revolution.
Iranian Top Tier government objective is to destabilize Arab Gulf states by supporting fundamentalists with military, financial, and logistical support.
Members of these and other “organizations receive military training at a Guardians of the Revolution facility some 100 kilometers south of Tehran.
A variety of training courses are offered and conducted at the facility for fundamentalists from the Gulf states, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, and Lebanon, including naval operations, mines, and diving operations in a special camp near the Orontes River (Al-AAsi River in Lebanon) and the hezba-allh skills were tested in 2006 war with Israel”.
Hezb-allah Deputy Secretary-General Naeem Qasiem has confirm the importance of Iran to his organization during a late-July ceremony in the town of Tulin, when he was quoted as saying "We must stand side by side against the Israeli enemy, because Lebanon's strength is part of Syria's strength, and Iran's support and Hezb-allah's support for Palestine are an honor for us”.

Creation of Palestinian Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements
for some unknown reasons, after two years of Islamic revolution and Ayatollah Khomeini’s victory in Iran, Yasser Arafat’s relationship with
Iranian revolutionaries and the revolution council did not start on sure footing.
Yasser Arafat reported to Palestinian national council, in 1988, in Tunisia that Iranian revolution Guards Corps attempted to assassinate him twice.
one of the obvious reason was Yasser Arafat’s open support for Saddam Hussein during Iran-Iraq war.
Hojato-islam Ali Akbar Mohtashemi a radical cleric and close to Khomeini who was Iranian ambassador to Damascus at that time, with help from Revolution Guards Corps, founded Islamic Amal and later the Hezb-allah of Lebanon from Lebanese Amal Movement with help from Imam Mousa Sadr and tried to split the Palestinian PLO and to peel away Yasser Arafat’s support and to create Palestinian splinter groups with in PLO and to drive a wedge between Yasser Arafat and his PLO supporters by pouring in millions of dollars to Yasser Arafat’s critics in PLO.

Ahmad Jebril the leader of popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP), who was a radical Marxist-Leninist, converted to become a Shiite Muslim after he received one million US dollar from Iran ambassador Hojato-eslam Ali Akbar Mohtashemi in Syria. Ahmad Jebril broke away from popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine with George Habash leadership and
formed the popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP) after he received one million US dollar from Iran and Revolution Guards Corps.

Palestinian university students in Kuwait university as followers of Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt and Islamic Jihad was not formed yet and Sheikh Ahmad yaasin, the physically challenged Palestinian cleric with a nod from Israel to weaken Yasser Arafat become the Hamas mentor and the students became his followers.
Khaled Mashal one of Hamas leader moved to Aman, Jordan after Samd’s invasion of Kuwait and for there Jordan sent him to exile to Syria where Iranian Revolution Guards Corps representative met with
Khaled Mashal and Mousa Abu-Marzouq to ask them to move their operation to Tehran but they refused but the cooperation between Hamas and Iranian Quds force gain new ground and got closer and Iran was able to create a Palestinian Shiite movement after Ebrahim Fathi Al-Shaqaqi converted to be a shiite.
Ebrahim Fathi Al-Shaqaqi was living in Egypt as a pediatrician and was thrown out of Egypt after wroting a book prizing Ayatollah Khomeini, Shiite religion and Iranian revolution.
Ebarahim Fathi Al-Shaqai moved to Palestine and worked as a pediatrician and created a militant group to fight Israel in 1986 and was arrested and put in prison for 5 years after serving five years he left
Israel and went to south Lebanon and met hezb-allah leader Abbas Al-mousavi, Abbas Al-Moousavi took Ebrahi Al-Shaqai to Tehran where Al-Shaqaqi announced his conversion to Shiite Islam and received financial support to create the Islamic Jihad, and that is how Islamic Jihad was born in Tehran and extended its activities to Palestine and against Israel and Iranian influence gained momentum among
the Palestinian and Iran became one of the Hamas major supporters with $205 million a year aid to Hamas alone.
The Revolution Guards Corps started training Palestinian youths and Hezba-Allah provided a military abse in south Lebanon to Islamic Jihad to fight Israel, Arafat and to derail the two state solution quartet peace proposals.
Ebrahim Fathi Al-Shaqaqi went to labia in 1995 to free some of his Palestinian followers who were stranded on Libyan and Egyptian boarders with a fake Libyan passport provided by Iranian revolution Guards under Ebrahim Shavish and form there he went to Malta and met with Iranian intelligence officers who provided him with a lot of cash and when he returned to Diplomat Hotel where he was staying
was assassinated by Israeli agents.

Revolution Guards Corps and Quds Force activities in Kuwait

About one third of Kuwait nationals are Shiites, and their origin is Iranian, Iraqi or Lebanese, but majority of them are Iranian and Iraqi Kuwaitis. The Islamic radical activities
started after Iranian Revolution in 1979 and some of the Kuwaiti Shiites leaders openly supported Khomeini and Iranian revolution and demanded similar government setup to accommodate Shiite Islamic virtues in Kuwait but Kuwait leaders refused to give in to their demands and sent some of them to exile to Iran, one of the exile was Mr. Mohry one of Kuwait
richest merchant with Iranian origin.
with help of Kuwait Shiite communities, and Quds Force, the Al-Dawa Iraqi party was able to penetrate the Kuwait security and bombed United States and French embassies and a series of attacks on Kuwait petrochemical plants were launched which was explained earlier.
To counter Iranian influence Kuwaiti Sunni religious leaders started similar demands as Shiites but with traditional life of Sunni Muslim and with Backing of Saudi religious radicals were able to gain strengths in Kuwaiti parliament after Kuwait’s liberation, where the threat of radical Islamist taking over is lingering.
